Additions to Existing CWGA By-laws:
Section 1: New members to the CLASSICS must make a league selection (CWGA or Classy Niners) based on their skill level, handicap or individual preference. In order to belong to the CWGA, handicaps must be verifiable at 32 (33.0 Index) or less from the CWGA red/aqua tees.
Section 2: Beginning with the 2019-20 Season, members who have been with the CWGA for 3 or more consecutive seasons, will have their current handicap grandfathered should it exceed the maximum level of 32 (33.0 Index). If membership in the CWGA is interrupted, the member will be considered a new member and be subject to the maximum handicap requirement of 32 (33.0 Index) from the CWGA red/aqua tees.
Section 3: The following events are open to those belonging only to the CWGA;

Section 4: New CWGA members for the 2019-20 Season must have a verifiable handicap of 32 (33.0 Index) or less from the CWGA red/aqua tees in order to join. The Classics Pro Shop to validate handicaps.
REASONS FOR PROPOSED ADDITIONS TO EXISTING BY-LAWS;
To adjust maximum handicap to 32 (33.0 Index) from the CWGA red/aqua tees.
To facilitate more efficient organization of the CWGA.
