Birdies - Cathy Oddo
All CWGA members are compensated in cash for every birdie you make and record on CWGA Wednesdays. Monies are distributed at the Closing Day event.
- This can build to a substantial amount, so you want to be sure you are accurate in recording your birdies. In the Lady's Locker Room, there is a Birdie Box. Complete the form, with name, date, hole number and have someone from your group attest your birdie. Once completed, place the form in the FRONT of the box. Do not file it. Please try to do this on the day your make your birdie.
- To avoid any misunderstandings, a birdie is one under par on any hole. A birdie can only be recorded if it is a natural birdie. That means, if you are playing in a scramble, it must be your drive, your approach shot(s) and your putt for it to be counted as a birdie.
Chip-ins - Roe Tamagni
- Chip-ins will be handled as they were last year. If you wish to participate in the chip-in pool this season you must forward your check for $20 to Andrea Jacobs, Treasurer, prior to the established deadline on the registration form, October 16, 2024.
- Chip-Ins must be recorded on the date of play only. The Chip-Binder will be located in the lady's locker room immediately after play is completed. To record your chip-in, record your name and the hole(s) where you had a chip-in.
- Winnings for chip-in(s) will be paid on Closing Day!
- Remember, you don't have to be a long ball hitter to have a chip-in!
